SEAN YORK, OWNER & CEO

Sean is adept at researching and understanding the needs of the market to build innovative projects. With a background in architecture, he is a strong believer that developers have a responsibility to be stewards of the neighborhood and communities they serve while creating value for his investors with every project he touches. His experience has included development of award-winning mixed-use, multi-family, education and entertainment projects in Texas, Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Illinois and Minnesota . He has successfully entitled land in Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Prior to founding Reddcore Development Company, he served in various executive roles in both the public and private sectors and managed the development and lease-up of over 3,600 units with a value of over $725M. Sean currently resides in Spring, Texas with his wife and 2 children. Sean has a Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University and a Masters in Land Development & Real Estate from Texas A&M. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and any and all outdoor activities including ultimate frisbee, disc golf, pickleball and biking.
